  4. SetEnv39    A compatible substitute for Commodore's SetEnv shell command
  5.         that takes advantage of the new OS3.0 GVF_GLOBAL_ONLY flag
  6.         with a new SAVE/S switch which makes SetEnv39 affect global
  7.         vars in the ENVARC: directory if you run OS3.0 or later.  Re-
  8.         quires OS 2.04, new SAVE/S feature requires OS 3.0 to work.
  9.         Version 39.0, includes source in Oberon-2.
